Ralph Fine, Principal and Officer
Chairman of the Board - As founder of Triangle Services, Inc. in 1960 he has built this company with his determination to be the best in the business with a reputation that our services are tailored for every customers needs. He has a B.B.A. Degree from the City University. He provides corporate direction in the establishment of long range goals in the areas of financial planning, acquisitions, growth, personnel, policies, corporate structure, and efficient use of corporate funds for maximum return on investment.

Lonnie Fine, Principal and Officer
President & CEO - Joined the company in 1974 and worked for a sustained period, performing various functions in Aviation Services. In 1978, he was assigned to special projects at Triangle's development of all Building Services performed at the World Trade Center. In 1981, he returned to the Aviation Division as General Manager, later was promoted to Vice President-Operations, and in 1990, was selected as President of Triangle Services. In 1997, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Services.

Perry Fine, Principal and Officer
President NE- Secretary/Treasurer - Joined Triangle in 1979 and worked his way up, learning every aspect of management. He received his BA in Accounting from Ithaca College and his Masters Degree in Real Estate from New York University as well as his RPA designation from BOMA. He is involved in many charities on a Board Level as well as community programs.

Steve LoBasso
Chief Financial Officer (B.A. Adelphi University, Member AICPA) - Has been employed with Triangle since 1996; promoted to CFO after successfully carrying out his initial role as Corporate Controller. With approximately twenty years of diversified financial experience, he exhibits the knowledge, experience and analytical skills to direct and organize the financial and operational goals of Triangle. His recent employment experience includes exposure to private manufacturing, real estate, construction, facilities management, retail, brokerage and telecommunications.
