John has spent the past 17 years as a key contributor to the growth of Triangle’s Facilities Maintenance operations. Before becoming COO, John was VP of Operations of Triangle’s largest maintenance and custodial operation, spanning over 1.5 million square feet of sorting and manufacturing facilities with 15 miles of conveyance equipment. His background in electronics helped develop the skills of the maintenance staff, allowing previously sub-contracted work to be performed in-house. John is involved with several professional associations, including International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Registered Building Service Manager (RSBM), and participates in courses offered by Building and Owners Management Association (BOMA) among other institutions.
